The bowling is fun but if you're hoping to get good service or really any service at all good luck. Everything is ordered online to be sent to your lane which is fine, but if you're having problems with the online ordering there is nobody around to help you and nowhere you can physically go to order your food. The one place they do have never has anyone at it.
We took the kids out to a fun night out here. We bowled for a while and ate, really good food! Then went over to a different area and played some pool and shuffle board. It was a blast, shout out to Mario who helped us have a great night!!
Got in last min with friends on Halloween weekend! Was so packed no deals on weekends ! But we got to do one game for 20$ per person! The fries with Parmesan was ok! The bathroom was close by our section. A lot of the bowling shoes were old but you can ask the newer ones ( red /beige one) arcade was in the back & the service food was attentive! 👍🏻
I absolutely love it here. The food is delicious, the staff is wonderful. The kids have a blast, bowling and being in the arcade. We spent every birthday here and have an absolute blast. We travel all the way from Yakima, Washington, just to bowl here. Salvador in the bar is absolutely amazing, helpful and makes delicious drinks, his manager is professional and has excellent customer service!
We just had a Graduation Celebration there this last weekend. It was really easy to book, and Mario & Ray were incredibly helpful the day of. Fin times had by all. The food was typical "bowling alley food" and not necessarily the "gourmet food" that is in some advertisements and that we prepaid for. Also, there are many ramps for those who are disabled to get around, but the main doors are not equipped with electric door openers for those who need assistance.
