I absolutely love the boxing classes at this studio. They offer both technical boxing sessions and high-energy HIIT boxing classes, which are perfect whether you want to focus on skill or really break a sweat. I joined after a recommendation, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. The coaches are incredibly kind, motivating, and supportive—they create such a welcoming environment and genuinely want you to succeed. The music is always on point, the energy is contagious, and every class pushes you to challenge yourself and go beyond your limits. This studio has amazing vibes from the moment you walk in. I've been attending Boxxing Studio for a while now and I sincerely consider it one of the best, if not the best, fitness studios in Montreal. It's the perfect place to push your limits while having fun. The coaches are not only ultra-professional and motivating, but they are also super communicative, open, and genuinely friendly. The studio is always clean, offers quality services, It'is a modern and very well-maintained facility. Given the quality of the classes, the atmosphere, and the facilities, the value for money is excellent. It's an investment that is truly worthwhile. The workouts are varied, intense, and highly effective. You burn a ton of calories, and you can't wait to come back for the next round. I absolutely love Boxing Studio! The way they combine boxing with music-driven workouts is just awesome. The instructors are top-notch, and I’ve tried the boxing, boxing HIIT, and HIIT classes—all of them have been fantastic. Plus, the staff is super friendly and welcoming.

The staff and members create an atmosphere that’s supportive, motivating, and genuinely uplifting. Boxing here has become my therapy. If you're in Montreal and want a workout that actually wakes up your soul, you need to check out this boxing studio. I took two classes while I was in town and honestly... I'm still recovering in the best way. My first class was a HIIT style mash-up: half the room on the heavy bags, the other half working out with weights, bikes, battle ropes, and box jumps. Think bootcamp energy but with better music. It was my birthday, and they surprised me with a birthday card. I didn't know what to expect coming in from out of town, but they made me feel like I was home. But the second class... that one absolutely blew my mind. Picture this: a dark room, loud music, and everyone punching to the beat. Not super technique heavy, but easily one of the most heart-pounding, sweat-dripping classes I've ever taken. It felt like a rave and a boxing class had a very chaotic, very fun baby. I was obsessed. The staff is so friendly, the vibes are immaculate, and both classes were packed with energy. If you're in Montreal and want a workout that hits different, go here. You'll leave drenched, happy, and maybe a little addicted -- just like me.
