I’ve been lifting weights and swimming for over a decade and was struggling to find motivation like we so often do, so I decided to try adding something new to the mix! Having never done reformer Pilates before, this studio came recommended by a friend who’s been doing it for several years. I feel a bit spoiled landing here to start my Pilates experience for several reasons; the classes are small and that makes it sooo much easier for the instructors to keep an eye on form and accommodate - no matter what level you are starting at - this form of exercise truly is for every body. The instructors, ahhh they are ALL fantastic. They’re motivating and experienced, bringing something different to each class. And finally, the people. We have so much fun together in all of the classes and it is fun to see both familiar and new faces every week. I’ve completed over 30 classes here this Fall and to say I’m obsessed with this new addition to my routine would be an understatement. I’ve actually upgraded my membership by the month (🙈) because it’s brought so much good to my life, both physically and mentally. Can’t recommend this studio enough.
Tonya has completely transformed my life. I started Pilates after a back injury, feeling scared and doubtful, but she accomplished what months of physical therapy and even spinal doctors could not. She healed my back and changed how I feel in my body. Now I actually crave her classes. Every 50-minute session flies by, and she always keeps things fresh, fun, and challenging. Tonya is truly life-changing.
This small but mighty studio is my absolute FAV place for pilates in the valley! Since there are only 5 spots per class, every instructor is able to be hands-on and truly help you with the best form. The owner, Tonya, is amazing and has so much knowledge about pilates. The classes are fun but still kick my butt! I recommend them to everyone who is getting into pilates!
Breath & Body Wellness is such a welcoming and supportive place. Everyone is genuinely so kind, it always makes each class a really enjoyable experience. I love that I’ve seen all people of all different ages and sizes in the studio and there’s never any judgment, it’s really a welcoming space for everyone! I also love the smaller class sizes that make sure everyone is doing the movements properly and safely. The instructors are amazing!!! They always offer challenges, modifications, and make sure to emphasize doing what is best for your body. There’s never any pressure and they remind you that you should never be in pain. It’s been such a positive and empowering experience, and I always look forward to class!
Tonya and her instructors are amazing! I love simply going on the app to find my classes and easily signing up. Smalls groups and perfect for all ages and fitness levels. Pilates has become my fav thing!
