Customer Service & Quality on STEROIDS! Where do I begin… I bought a newly-built home. To say the least, I was overwhelmed and on a strict budget. All I wanted to do is move in and not deal with anything else. HOWEVER, that’s not how it works. With newly-built homes you MUST comply with HOA guidelines, which states the owner(s) must build out their backyard within 90 days. YIKES! I didn’t budget for that! I thought about building it out on my own and saving money. But, I did that before. It ain’t easy. It’s time consuming and I’m NOT a professional. So, I went o Yelp for quotes. I even had people knocking at my door. I got their quotes. I called them. And, none of them impressed me. They lack professionalism. The only company that not only impressed me but showed the most amount of interest in not only meeting my expectations but exceeding them was Bright Home. I know what you may be thinking, “That’s got to be ridiculously expensive.” Honestly, it wasn’t cheap, but it was DEFINITELY competitive and EXTREMELY well done! I received 3 quotes (by smaller independent companies) before going with Bright Home. THEY WERE MORE EXPENSIVE and offering me less! One even wanted me to ignore my HOA guidelines and just get started. And, their lack of ethics greatly concerned me. So, they were quickly dismissed. Most landscapers will sell you on their interpretation of your vision, by only providing you a hand drawing or verbal agreement. But, Bright Home provides you with an online 3-D rendering. And, they can make changes during your meeting, within seconds, until you are satisfied. PLUS, they provide you 3 iterations of the concept before they even get started!!! Their software is magnificent! It’s like you are walking through your backyard - ONLINE!! By the time they started their work and provided me with the blueprint rendering I knew I made the right decision. Last but certainly not least, Bright Home prioritizes their work. That means you have a dedicated project manager and team. They don’t multitask, working on your backyard and someone else’s - taking weeks and months to finish. When they start, they don’t stop until it’s done! Only rain delays your finished product. As well, you have a personal portal to mange your documents, payments as well as before and after pictures. It’s like a concierge experience! I have the backyard I am EXTREMELY proud to show off! I am over the moon happy. I highly recommend Bright Home. Please don’t settle. Just call them. I had a huge project on my corner house, which was covered in bad drainage, bumpy lawn & overgrown weeds. BHL was easily the best company I have hired since I bought my house. From the start, the office staff & communication was incredible & amazing designer Nick intuitively knew what I was describing & took measurements & showed me the CAD design which was perfectly displaying what was in my mind. There were some alterations needed along the way, but this was necessary & expected! Every single worker from Nick, Patrick, Hugo (& his nephews), Alfredo, Juan, etc. were fantastic & so careful with every detail! The transformation was amazing & I have received countless compliments. I am hiring BHL in the Spring for my backyard as well & I am comforted by knowing I can depend on them without worry. Amazing company, can’t recommend enough!
I initially reached out to Bright Homes because we just had purchased a new build, and the backyard was a HUGE priority to finish as I have dogs, and we were in the middle of winter. I worked with Brianna for my backyard design, and we made it very clear we had a limited budget which she was able to keep us within. We initially had a meeting at the house prior to getting the keys so we could start working on the design and she could get a visual of the space. After that, we had a workshop meeting where we discussed our vision, and she was able to give us additional ideas that we weren’t privy to. A week passed and then we met where she presented a CAD of the backyard design with options to remove or add items with our budget in mind. This was extremely helpful because every add-on was so transparent with a price next to it, so we felt extremely comfortable with our choices as we didn’t have an end sticker shock. Once we had approval from the HOA, I reached out to Brianna, and she came the next day for a site meeting with the site supervisor as well as two of the guys who would be working on the project. The next day they broke ground, and it took a total of 10 days to complete the whole job. I am so pleased with the work done and Brianna’s communication was fantastic throughout the whole process. Our next-door neighbors saw our backyard and asked who did the work and I provided Brianna’s info to them, and they are now working together. Overall, highly recommend using Bright Home and when we decide to add more to the backyard, we will contact them.
Working with BrightHome Landscape was a fantastic experience for our family. Would highly recommend this company. We had a large, complex project that needed to happen in multiple stages and involved several sub-specialties (pool company, awning company, and a general contractor for demolition). Nathan and Anastasia worked directly with us and walked us through every step of the process. They were very communicative and hands-on. We really appreciated the attention to detail, concern for working within our overall budget & keeping our family safe throughout the project. Their crew worked efficiently around the clock, and we were impressed with how quickly the project was completed.
