I'm a house flipper who works with a LOT of contractors. I've had horrible contractors and great contractors on other projects, and I can tell you that Los Reyes does a great job at a reasonable price! Their bid was still at the market rate compared to other roofers, but they went above and beyond for me to make sure they got the job over other roofing companies, and I'm glad they did! I'll be calling them for the next three roofs that I have coming up. Great job guys! See you again soon.
Outstanding company in every aspect! They replaced the damaged wood around the roof, repaired the beams that had dry rot, and replaced the old roof. I am delighted for many reasons. Responsiveness: They answered the phone quickly, responded to questions and requests promptly, and followed up to any pending items on time. They sent me images of the work progress and kept me informed. They are also nice and pleasant. Professionalism: They do what they say they will do. Their estimate and their work are very professional. Reliability: They started as scheduled and finished one day ahead of scheduled completion date. Competence: They use excellent materials. Their team is very experienced. Their work speaks for itself. The county’s permit intermediate inspection and final inspection passed with flying colors. Honesty: They were very honest in every step of the way. They did not try to come up with reasons to change the price or take advantage. They are super honest. Jacqueline and Honorio are amazing.
I had a super initial conversation with Mitch, and he went out to get us a quote on a property for our client. He promised a quote in writing within a day, which was crucial in the case since the written quote was suppose to be submitted to the seller and buyer to seal a sale transaction. After following up with him multiple times (me and my co-worker (team mate) called and texted him about the quote. He ignored our text messages and phone calls. Finally he picked up the phone today and he said he is not interested in the job and not going to give us a written quote and not interested in the job after a week of waiting for a quote which he promised and he was acting very rude on the phone. We are realtors (which he was aware), we are trying to go above and beyond to our clients to provide the best service, and it's unfortunate that this could happen. We would have been referred a lot of clients for Mitch & Affordable Roofing, but after this we do not feel confident and comfortable doing it so.
Hello ... it was mid-July 2024 ... and I needed a new roof soon. My insurance company knew my roof was old and said I needed a new roof. A few months earlier a co-worker of mine had a new roof installed by Los Reyes Roofing and said they were good honest people and did quality work. So ... not wanting to get a whole bunch of bids I contacted Los Reyes Roofing and had them come out inspect my situation and give me bid. The bid was fair priced and detailed with all the necessary items. I gave them the green light and 2 weeks later they started the process of replacing my roof. I also had them replace all my gutters and gutter-guards. I was happy with the type of gutter-guards they used. It took about 5 days In late July 2024 (and it was hot outside too) to complete the process of replacing my roof and doing all the gutters. Everything turned out great! I highly recommend Los Reyes Roofing. All the workers cleaned up good and the roof survived a few rain storms with no problems! Thank you Los Reyes Roofing!
The recent storms wrecked the shingles on my roof and needed repair. Contacted Los Reyes and they were quick with an estimate. Their pricing is very competitive, comparing to surrounding roofing contractors. They work fast, and take pride in what they do. I’ll be keeping their contact for any future roof work.
