I can not express HOW INCREDIBLE it has been working with Lori and Brock and their team on the sale of our much loved home in Los Feliz. We are currently based in the UK and at times being so far away during the sale process was unsettling but Lori's most used quote is 'DONT WORRY I GOT YOU' made us feel in SUCH safe hands and WE REALLY REALLY WERE!. From first class staging to impressive and efficient communication, the whole process ran like clockwork. The effort that was put into the photographs, the social media posts and the gorgeous and jam packed open houses (when people see Brock and Lori listings this instantly makes your house stand out), with the special touches like the chic coffee cart and Lori always making an effort to be there in person with her charm and gorgeous outfits (they matter!) to greet people, it was all just exceptional. Every member of their team seemed to have such a passion and positive attitude; shout out to Lindsey Fishkin who saved the day many a time. Honestly Brock and Lori went above and beyond for us in every way I can't thank them enough. Not only a joy to work with but incredible at getting the house sold in record time AND they broke records with the exceptional sale price which was substantially over asking. If we buy or sell again in LA, they will absolutely be my first port of call. Can't recommend them enough.
