I had the best experience with Kim! So nice and made me feel so comfortable in my first time getting waxed, definitely recommend!!
Today I went in for my regular eyebrows and upper lip, and I ended up getting a brazilian wax for the first time, and it was great! My waxer Kim made me feel safe and comfortable. And girls if you are thinking about getting one, DO IT!! It’s a great experience, and I 10/10 recommend Kim, she was very sweet and the wax is actually a tolerable pain.
I had the absolute best experience getting a Brazilian wax! She was not only incredibly skilled and gentle, but also made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Her attention to detail was top-tier, and she’s such a beautiful soul inside and out. It’s rare to find someone who’s both amazing at what they do and has such a warm, calming energy. Highly recommend Kim I’ll definitely be coming back!
I want to thank Kim for always giving me the best experience when I go this place. Kim has done my Brazilian waxes on me several times and she’s has always made the best experience. She has made my experience super comfortable, she always makes sure the wax is not too hot when being applied to the skin, she explains the process of what she’s doing as doing the wax, she also gives after care instructions, and before you leave she makes sure you don’t leave the place without any questions or concerns. So if you’re looking for someone to get your Brazilian waxes I recommend Kim🫶🏻
Had a very good experience with Jos a few months back. Decided to come back but this time the threading was uncomfortable. The worst possible thing was leaving my eyebrows uneven. She couldn’t even admit to her mistake and was gaslighting about the shape and results. Cannot trust a business or their workers if they cannot even take accountability. I cannot recommend this studio. Mala experiencia porque la trabajadora no pudo admitir su error cuando dejó mis cejas de diferente figura. Una más delgada que la otra significativamente. No recomendaría este lugar. This was at Del Mar which is where I’m making my disappointing review at this location. I will not be returning
