I chose Caleesi after a bad experience with another jeweler and found they were the right fit for the design I wanted. Their professionalism and clear guidance made the process easy while still keeping it creative. A special shoutout to Dani for her professionalism and excellent communication throughout the process. I needed someone who could take a set of family heirloom diamonds and turn them into a custom piece, and Caleesi delivered exactly what I was looking for.
This is a long overdue Google Review. We had an absolutely wonderful experience buying my partner's engagement ring at Caleesi. From start to finish, the team was incredibly educational, patient, and helpful, making what can feel like an overwhelming process feel exciting and comfortable instead! We came in with a clear budget, and they did an amazing job working within it while still ensuring we didn't feel like we were penny pinching with the final result. At no point did we feel pressured — instead, we felt genuinely supported and guided, with every option clearly explained so we could make the best decision together. We truly couldn’t speak more highly of our journey with Caleesi. It was thoughtful, personalized, and honestly enjoyable. We’ll absolutely be returning to Caleesi for any future jewelry needs, and we’ve already recommended them to several friends because we can’t stop talking about how great the experience was. Highly, highly recommend. Also, don't forget dog treats as they have a in house pup that is so precious!
Dylan, Cathy, and the whole team at Caleesi are phenomenal and I highly recommend them for all things fine jewelry. I worked with Dylan on two pieces; a custom pendant design using a large, irregularly shaped sapphire and the setting of a large diamond into a ring. Both finished pieces exceeded my expectations. Dylan and the team were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to deliver on what I wanted. When you’re trusting someone with something expensive and sentimental, the stakes can feel high and if your experience is anything like mine with this jeweler, you’ll be thrilled.
I brought a ring in to be repurposed and they worked with me to create two stunning pieces, exactly what I envisioned. I loved being able to see 3-d renderings ahead of time and work with them to tweak the designs. Highly recommend them and will go back in the future for more work.
