Great customer service from the front to the back. The lady up front is personable. The text updates are excellent for keeping the customer informed about the status of their vehicle. Jackie was easy to work with.
Took my car in to get fixed after a minor hit and run accident. Very satisfied with the work they accomplished and in so little time. Car looks brand new and was completed faster than expected. They kept in communication with me the whole time and kept me informed on what was going on. Highly recommend to get your vehicle fixed here.
Front desk was great and Jackie kept me up to date on what was being done. Liked the transparency. Caliber Collision took care of the same truck years ago (different location), so it was a no brainer to go back to them.
First and foremost, we were accepted with open arms by Kayla and Michelle. Secondly, Kayla and Austin kept us up to date with the repairs and given a prompt ETR. I talked to the very nice receptionist up front about my son’s situation. I explained to her that I want him to get his truck back so he can have a reliable vehicle and told her I only had the $350.00 and she understood my situation of not letting my son know I paid it. I plan on getting the rest of it so my son can have his truck back. They’ve been so understanding about it being parked there for a while now. After they fixed it. So thank you so much for that.
