Caliber did a great job of repairing damage to the side of my car - perfect paint match. Work was done quickly and staff were great. I’d use them again. Great coordination with Enterprise car rental across the street.
Excellent work. Pleasant and understanding personnel. Couldn’t have been any better. This was a brand new car with 3,500 miles on it. I had a front end collision with a cement pillar in a dark parking ramp. I was devastated. They made me feel better throughout the repair process. Highly recommend them.
Went to Caliber after getting hit back in June. I was so frustrated (who likes getting repairs done when it wasn’t their fault?), but Elizabeth put me totally at ease. She was so great and so reassuring. She communicated consistently throughout the whole process. My car looks amazing! The team at Caliber did excellent work, and they even washed and vacuumed it, which was such an unexpected treat. Would highly recommend.
I got my truck back before the scheduled date. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable . Staff kept me in loop with throughout the repair process via text and phone calls. I am extremely satisfied
Awful experience and service. My vehicle was in their shop for repairs to the front passenger headlight/bumper, with an original estimation of 30 days till completion. A week into my car being there, it was hit across the passenger side by a tow truck from an independent towing company in their parking lot. Initially they assured me they will handle the claim as they had video footage of the incident and they will take care of the estimate and work with the insurance company of the towing company. That would have been great, but it appears none of that happened. Now they say the footage is lost and has disappeared after 30 days!? After nearly 3 months in their shop, my car was pronounced a total loss from my original claim as their estimate continued to climb exponentially. This is a shady place that does not have the customer in mind. Now, they are stating the 2nd claim will not be resolved as my car was pronounced a total loss from my original claim, however the two are completely unrelated and have no effect on each other!! I would never recommend this shop, and will actually be advocating for folks to stay far away. A horrible experience with lies and misconception throughout the entire process. I started to wonder if they ever told me one truthful thing. Did one of their own employees hit my car? Who knows, but this shop is terrible. Photos attached are from the original claim (right headlight) with additional photos for the damage from the alleged tow truck while in their shop.
