Excellent treatment from Owen. He’s very professional, and knows his stuff. With him I have been relieved of a long time lower back problem. I just go to him when I can feel it’s starting to give me trouble- it’s very easy to book online. No need for extended weeks of treatment. Just one appointment required for some adjustments and then I’m fine again for several months.
I have been seeing Owen for most of the year and have found him extremely knowledgeable, skilled and very professional. He is also a very approachable person which helps! I have had multiple issues and he has always been able to pinpoint what the issue may be and treat it effectively. Would highly recommend!
I’ve completed a course of shockwave therapy earlier this year for an achilles issue with Abby. Abby was great in discussing with me beforehand what would work best for me. I highly recommend Cardiff Chiropractic Clinic and Abby - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The shockwave therapy worked a treat and Achilles was healed quicker than if I hadn’t had the treatment. I’ve been seeing Abigail Rivers at Cardiff Chiropractic for about 9 years now, and honestly, I don’t know where I’d be without her! She’s helped me manage my long-term back problems with so much care and understanding. Abigail is friendly, easy to talk to, and always makes me feel comfortable. I can be completely honest about how I’m feeling, and she listens and gives great advice as well as amazing treatments that really help. Both clinics I’ve been to—Cardiff city centre and Penylan—have always been lovely, clean, and welcoming. The team is great, and I’m looking forward to continuing at the Penylan clinic. If you’ve never been to a chiropractor before, please don’t be nervous. I was unsure at first too, but Abigail explains everything and makes sure you feel at ease. Honestly, it could make such a difference to your life, just like it has for me! Abigail is wonderful, and I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re looking for someone who really cares and knows what they’re doing, Cardiff Chiropractic is the place to go!
