This place was great. Food was amazing. Service was outstanding. They made me feel special for my birthday
We visited town for a show and had dinner early at Carnevor. My bone-in filet with fresh spinach and grilled mushroom was cooked perfectly and flavorful. My wife had the crab legs which came to the table split for easy eating. I gave it three stars for ambience because the dining room manager should consider a dress code for diners who wish to be seated at a table. Small and tight t-shirts with sweat pants or gym shorts while wearing flip flops should not be allowed in the dining room.
Great Milwaukee restaurant. Gina was very friendly and prompt and took great care of our drinks. Lori and Danielle made us fantastic drinks. The steaks were delicious, the sides were great and the setting was modern and dark. Great spot for a work dinner or date.
Carnevor continues to impress us every time, but our 20th anniversary dinner was truly next-level. From the warm greeting by the manager Mark, who remembered our favorite seats without us even mentioning them, to the personalized menus, the evening felt incredibly special. Although not serving us today, our favorite server, Michael, always treats us like old friends, making the experience feel even more welcoming and personal. The food was outstanding as always - beautifully presented and rich in flavor. The staff’s deep knowledge of the menu and thoughtful pairing suggestions elevate the experience even further. Carnevor isn’t just a restaurant, it’s where hospitality meets excellence. Without a doubt, our top choice for fine dining in Milwaukee.
This is the best restaurant in all of Milwaukee! Chef Mario Giuliani is amazing! Excellent dining experience here every time. It is unmatched in quality. All the steaks here are always cooked to perfection, there is a wide variety to choose from. All of the sides, salads, and desserts are delicious too. Everything on this menu is made with the best ingredients available, and is prepared and presented in a superb fashion. The best of Fine Dining. All of the Staff and Servers are extremely professional. The timing that dishes come out is impressive. Drinks are all quality here as well. The atmosphere is classy, and the decoration is very unique. There is nothing else like Carnevor. This is a perfect restaurant for a celebration, or any night you want to treat yourself to the BEST Fine Dining experience the city can offer! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in Milwaukee. Fantastic.
