I recently had the pleasure of working with Robert and Brad from Castle Electrical & Lighting, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment they arrived, their courteous and professional demeanor put me completely at ease. They were so pleasant and genuinely kind, chatting just enough to make me feel like I was welcoming trusted friends into my home rather than contractors. The entire process was seamless and stress-free; everything went smoothly without a single hiccup, which is such a relief when dealing with electrical work. What impressed me most was how incredibly fast and efficient they were—experts at their craft, getting the job done with precision and care. And they did not even turn the house electricity off! The Castle team were excellent. John handled logistics, pricing and answering all my questions. He was very responsive, including over the weekend. Pricing was competitive. Robert and Braydin installed the latest Tesla wall charger for me. They completed the work in under 2 hours, were professional and nice to deal with. Would 100% use the company again for other electrical needs.
Absolutely incredible experience with John and his team. I got a Tesla and needed to install the home charger. I got a quote from a different company who said my panel was too full so they’d have to add another panel and then go over the roof…blah blah blah…said it was gonna be 9k!! My friend reccomended Castle Electric and they came out, he evaluated it, found a simple solution for the crowded panel, and provided me a quote that was 1/4 the cost of the other company. They came out the following week and it took them 2 hours to install it beautifully. I am so impressed with this company and also grateful they were honest and clearly more educated than anyone else. 10/10 would reccomend for an EV install or anything else you may need!
I was looking to upgrade and replace my 40+ year old electrical panel at my house to accommodate for a Tesla Wall Charger and by luck I contacted Castle Electrical & Lighting plus a couple of other contractors recommended by Tesla. I decided to go w/CE&L for its competitive bid. John came out did the initial estimate and the subsequent scheduling and permit application w/the city. The actual installation was done about 3 weeks later by Robert and Braydin which took about 7 hours to complete w/a brief power shut down by APS during the installation. The whole process was seamless and transparent. CE&L offered competitive pricing, great service and fine workmanship! I'm glad to have used their service. Highly recommended from a happy customer! It has been a pleasure to work with John & Robert. John was able to work with Genesis Home for our digital job estimate, and scheduling. Robert was early for the job and was well prepared to walk thru the project/process. For a new EV owner, both men were excellent on their communication. Thanks for the work... We'll be back!
