Zane was great came out and helped me purchase a monthly membership. I hadn’t been here before. The other guy was patient with me as I couldn’t get my vehicle into neutral at the end the other guy came and wiped down the windows. Everyone very friendly and professional. Thanks & Merry Christmas
I have the champion deluxe membership and it seems like all the locations are lacking i went to this location and juan tabo and the car wash didnt even get off basic mud makes me question what I'm paying for very disappointed. Than i also got a huge scratch now from the wash as seen in photo. Than the vacuums should be really good here since it's a newer location but that's not the case at all had to move several spots to even get a alright vacuum.
I have used many of the champion car washes in Albuquerque besides noticing that they now have outpriced themselves with Mister car Wash. But a lot of it is about convenience and where you're at when you need your car washed. This last weekend I stopped in with my Jeep and wasn't in the tunnel 10 seconds and the cleaning bristles ripped my passenger mirror off of the vehicle. They took the report and then in a couple days got back to me and said sorry your car is too old so it is not covered under champion car washes policy. The fact that it snap the metal into tells you that their machinery was not set correctly So just as a warning to everyone out there unless your car is brand new the fine print says they do not need to cover anything that's old. That is definitely one way to get people to go to Mister car Wash they have a better reputation for customer service good luck
I originally gave a 5 star review on this place and then i started noticing this oily residue on my tires and rims that other ppl have complained about as well and im honestly changing my opinion due to this. My rims are covered in other ppls grime and dirt and I don't mean just a little. I'm talking about a motor oil mixed with brake dust and dirt consistency being smeared all over my tires and rims and mind you I pay for the membership of the deluxe wash. They should seriously fix this I don't recommend coming here if you do be ready to clean your tires and rims. Mine were cleaner before I went through the wash.
This is what your wheels will look like if you pay for the high end wash that stresses a wheel wash….plus I had bugs all over the front of my truck still. Terrible wash, don’t recommend. When I reached out to customer service they said I should have told them (I didn’t see how bad it was until I got home) so they could have ran it through again. What makes me believe a second run through the crappy wash would have done any better when it looks like it didn’t even spray the wheels with anything….would like my money back but probably not gonna happen.
