Patti helped us buy a townhouse in Ottawa during the 2021 frenzy and she was patient, honest and listened to us along the way. More recently she helped us with the sale of the same unit and were blown away with her patience, guidance and professionalism. It seemed like a monumental task, but she helped me at each stage. 3) Susan's communication skills are masterful. Her regular updates were candid and transparent, and she brought a calm and respectful demeanour to every encounter, despite some very challenging situations. Susan provides exceptional professionalism with a compassionate touch. I honestly don't know how I would have made it the the finish line without Susan and the Chell team, but we made it. When it cam to selling my house this autumn, I turned again to the Chell Team. Patti is a consummate professional and eased the whole the process. Everything was organized with guides and documents, insights and advice. She is also very grounded, and I really appreciated her calmness in the more stressful times.
