Marcus deserves 5 Stars! When I pulled up, he approached with a genuine smile, willingness to assist in all fashions and carried himself in an extremely professional manner in a plethora of ways. Even when I was drying and vacuuming my car, I noticed he stayed true to all of the positive aspects I mentioned above and how a company truly wants their establishment to be represented. He maintained himself consistently even as I left. I watched him carry himself the same way aa other customers arrived and/or needed assistance. The reason for the 4 stars is due to the exterior and interior needing a little "face lift". A little paint and a few minor fixes would increase its curb appeal. Minus the dirt from people's hands on the door, the bathroom toilet, sink and floor were very clean! I very much appreciate the excellent service.
Took my car there last Saturday and it didn’t dry at all. So I thought I’d be able to dry it with the towels but I was wrong. They only have three carts of towels and i was able to grab the last towel. They were empty and no employees around other than the girl taking payment. Wont be going back there again.
The place looks ghetto, when you are moving in the carwash the ceiling is falling apart, has a noticeable mold stain. Paid 18 dollars for a supposed deluxe car wash which made the car look even dirtier and left smudges that weren't even there before, left some scratches plus they have the audacity to charge an extra 5 dollars for inside cleaning towels and speaking of towels there were barely any clean towels available. For the amount of money this place charges I would've gone to another car wash and would've gotten way better service. They also tried selling me a monthly subscription car wash plan, not in their wildest dreams. Giving a 1 star because the rating system couldn't go any lower.
1st time visitor. I selected their least inexpensive wash which was $10. The wash itself was subtle and did its job. The dryers however were not up to par. My car was left very wet, not the normal small droplets that you usually expect after a wash. The vacuums were my least favorite part. Zero suction and absolutely no options for a crevic tool vaccumm. All they have is claw nozzles, i was unble to get a propper vacuuming out of it. I won't be back.
I was a member for 2 years when a part broke (verified by an employee) and broke my windshield, the wiper mechanics, and dented my car. Since I've been a loyal customer with multiple cars on membership, when they said a manager would call to follow up, shocker, I believed them. Well now I am repairing it all myself and contacting corporate since the manager is apparently too busy to reach out despite me calling to follow up twice. The car wash quality has declined and the prices have increased. It's not worth it. Please wash your own car or use someone else.
