I booked a 1 hr foot massage with my husband. It was our first time going so I didn’t know what to fully expect. I thought we’d be in a shared room like when you get your nails done. It was nothing like that. You walk into a room (it is shared) and it’s so quiet and peaceful. They have you lay down and give you a heated eye mask to wear. It’s so relaxing and way better than I expected. The ladies who worked on us were very good and didn’t rush at all. The back massage was great too, something I thought would be so amateurish but it wasn’t at all. I was almost like a full blown massage, with clothes on. We will definitely be going again. Everything was so clean too. Highly recommend!
10/10 recommend coming here. By the far the best foot massages in the area. Andy and Jack are so professional and are very thorough. My husband and I are regulars here. The staff are always so warm and welcoming, we love jasmine! She is so sweet! If you are looking for a place to get a massage, this is it!

I've been going to Cloud 9 since it was Oceanic and Michael has become the only massage therapist I trust with my body. He has incredible strength and truly excels at deep tissue work. He has an intuitive understanding of muscle tension and knows exactly how much pressure to apply and where. The facility itself is clean and relaxing, and scheduling is straightforward. Cloud 9 is the best value massage I've been able to find in the Bay Area!
My father (who occasionally suffers injuries from mountain bike riding) was recommended this business by a patient of his. When I went to visit for my own appointments for massages, I found the front lobby to be very clean, and every receptionist I spoke with was very welcoming and professional. I highly recommend scheduling with Jack if you can! He's friendly, welcoming, and great with massaging out those knots. I do kendo and jiu jitsu as hobbies, and my two jobs have me sitting at a desk all day, so I tend to get sore behind my shoulder blades quite a bit. Whenever I visit the spa, I do my best to schedule with Jack because he knows how to smooth out the muscles that bother me the most. The prices are also very, very reasonable! They prefer cash for tips, so try to bring cash for your masseuse as I find they do an excellent job here.
