The Cardio Sculpt class at Club Pilates was a great start! You can push more or less depending on your ability.
The workouts are fun and challenging. The music is not too loud. Brynna was the instructor today and she kept us engaged while correcting form and encouraging us to push through. I continue to go back to this place!
I did an intro class and I loved every minute! The instructor was very attentive and thorough. I wasn't sure what to expect but the movement and targeted areas reminded me a lot of pelvic floor therapy. As a new mommy I highly recommend to anyone postpartum
I was nervous going in as I had never taken a Pilates class before. Patty made all us feel so welcome and she was patient and hands on in showing each of us proper technique. She was a delight to talk to after class as we got to know each other a little. It’s very easy to see how passionate she is about Pilates.
Sydney is a great instructor!! This was my first ever Pilates class & I really enjoyed it!! As a beginner, I wasn’t sure how it would go with knowing what the cues were / how to move through the exercises, Sydney was very clear in giving directions and I was able to follow right along. She was very intentional to come by and help make corrections one on one with me to be sure the technique was just right! Very thankful!!
