Pilates was a new endeavor of mine since I am recovering from a broken leg. From the start, even when I called to ask questions before a class, the team has been so helpful and accommodating to the adjustments needed for me to participate. I now understand what the hype is about! I have fallen in love with Pilates and signed up for a membership after my first class. I have loved taking classes with various instructors since I started, but Maggie has my heart. Maggie has been so great at taking the time to help me find what works with my leg/my body. I am a larger girl so even just basic adjustments are sometimes required. The team and other attendees have been so welcoming and I’ve never felt the guilt/shame of taking up space in the class. I love the burn after class. I might be addicted at this point. Thank you to the whole team for their love and support! I love coming to the studio!
Well the message asked me to write a review on Lindy, and honestly I really like her. She will push you when she see that you can definitely keep on going. When you are doing something incorrectly she will go by your reformer and help adjust your form to do it correctly. If you have any questions or don’t understand what the class is doing she will show you by demonstrating the move. She doesn’t leave you in the unknown of what is going around and overall has a good personality.
Dorothy was so kind and knowledgeable. There were adults of all ages in the class and she did a great job making sure everyone felt comfortable with all of the positions and movements. Dorothy also made sure we all recognized our own strengths which is incredibly motivating.
Took an intro class to experience something new, since I’ve never done reformer. I am a barre instructor, so I’m used to low impact. But- I liked this because it felt different and challenged my stretching and mobility in ways I haven’t tried before! Girls at desk were very sweet, Addison is an amazing instructor. She was extremely easygoing, helpful, professional, and made me feel comfortable!! Would recommend to anyone looking for low impact and enjoyable movement.
