Our twins had their first haircut yesterday and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They are almost 2 years old and very active so I was worried about the boys sitting still long enough to get a good haircut. We walked into the Chamblee Cookie Cutter location and were immediately greeted and checked in. Ashley was waiting for us and the boys got to pick which car they wanted to sit in for their haircut. Ashley was so good with the boys and was able to quickly get them haircuts while they watched their favorite show on the station tv. We received a certificate for their first haircut with a lock of their hair and picture attached to keep as a reminder of this special day. They even got a free balloon after their haircuts. We will definitely be going back to see Ashley and the rest of the stylists at Cookie Cutter- Chamblee.
Erica was the best! She got my baby lookin so cute & was SO patient the entire time. Will be visiting her for every cut. The overall place was also very very kid friendly. My son enjoyed sitting in his fire truck & watching ms. Rachel. 10/10 !
Erica did an amazing job cutting my son’s hair! It was his first haircut and he didn’t cry at all! When he got a little fussy, he held onto my arm and we put our foreheads together while she cut around him. He had the absolute best experience and the cutest cut! His hair looks so good and I will definitely use her again for his next trim.
Great first time experience at Cookie Cutter’s. We were greeted immediately. And Ashley was absolutely amazing! It was our first haircut and considering our son is autistic, Ashley was very accommodating. The second we walked in they have an indoor play area with a slide, a cute mini arcade game for littles, and a tv for each chair. They have hot wheels you can buy, which was a big hit for our guy. And all the pretty bows for the girls. I even wanted one. They also offer balloons for everyone. For first time haircuts, you have the option of getting a “package” which includes a picture, lock of hair, and a certificate. It’s the best to make that first hair cut that more of a special experience. Ashley was great! Our son wasn’t feeling the mini cars to sit in so she offered for him to sit on my lap and he melted into the moment and the rest of hair cut was a complete breeze. It’s nerve racking to think what to expect of an autistic child and sensory issues. And as parent we think of what to prepare for, but Cookie Cutter’s made it so great on their own that we’re looking forward to coming back again. Thank you Ashley and Cookie Cutter’s!! 10/10. A+
We had an amazing experience here. My son has his first haircut ever at 3yrs old. We expected the entire haircut to be a nightmare (on his end) but it went MUCH better than we anticipated! The stylists were so patient, friendly, and gentle!! He only cried at the end (which can be usual for him). Ashley and Adaeze were so sweet and they came up with the style because we had no clue what we wanted. He ended up doing the first cut package and we got a loc of hair and photo/certificate. I love that. They asked us before lining his hair up if we wanted to keep it natural or not. They gave him a balloon, bubbles, and a lollipop. He loved sitting in the Spider-Man car! We will certainly be back. He’s a new man! Thank you!
