Another great experience with Cool R US. Had an issue with one of our A/C units at work. One of their teams was there within an hour to troubleshoot and fix the problem. I've been their client for over 12 years both at my house and veterinary office and that by itself speaks volumes. They have proven themselves over and over again providing great service at competitive prices. Probably one of their best features is their willingness to troubleshoot a problem in such a way to minimize clients cost, and if possible to avoid unnecessary costly repairs.
I worked with Josh Conway to purchase a new HVAC system for our townhouse. Josh was able to answer all of our questions and even threw in an option if we would be able to install the unit the same week. Our installers knew what they were doing and worked all day with only a short break for lunch. They cleaned everything up and the system worked fine when they left. The communications were excellent.

What really stood out was how Josh handled a couple of small hiccups along the way. Instead of making excuses, he took full responsibility and made sure everything got resolved quickly and the right way. That kind of follow-through means a lot. The install team did a great job, and the system has been running perfectly. And honestly, for the quality of the equipment and service we got, the price was better than anything else we were quoted. Definitely feels like we got the best value without sacrificing quality. If you’re in the Jacksonville area and need AC work done, I’d highly recommend Cools R Us—and definitely ask for Josh. He made the whole process way easier than I expected.
