had a mixed experience at this salon. The stylist’s technical work was okay, but the overall experience lacked professionalism. During my appointment, they spoke negatively about other salons, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I also felt the conversation was very sales-oriented, with repeated comments about my hair being “damaged” that seemed more focused on pushing product sales rather than offering genuine, educational advice. I value a welcoming, respectful environment and transparent recommendations, and unfortunately this experience didn’t meet those expectations.
Madison is amazing with blonding! She’s so thorough, detail-oriented, and really takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. My blonde has never felt this healthy or fresh. She’s also just so sweet and easy to talk to, which makes the whole appointment such a good experience! ✨
I have been looking for someone who knows how to handle my curly hair and Crystle Iris far exceeded my expectations. Not only did I leave with pin straight hair, but my hair was smooth, soft, and silky. I can confidently say that Crystle truly knows hair. My hair has not felt nor looked this good since the times I have gotten it done back home in the Bronx. Not only does Crystle know how work magic on hair, but her vibe is amazing. This was truly an amazing experience and I am so happy to have met Crystle.
This has been my worst hair nightmare. I spent $450 on highlights with Lauren. The front piece was very orange so I asked to come back in and fix it. Biggest mistake of my life. She let me leave the salon with neon purple hair and told me to wash it with dish soap if the color wouldn’t come out. My hair started falling out in CHUNKS and I’ve lost the entire front chunk of my hair (last pic). Cooper did a color correction with a different stylist because I refused to go back to Lauren. Now my hair is orange, breaking off in chunks still and I’m hundreds of dollars in the hole buying expensive hair products to try to fix this. I’m so embarrassed to go out anymore because of how badly Lauren messed up my hair. DO NOT GO TO LAUREN.
This was my first time receiving services at this salon and I must say, the space is absolutely beautiful, warm and inviting!! Tons of natural light, multiple types of plants and an open floor plan allows plenty of space yet still feels all cozy and comfy. The noise factor is very important to me (I can’t handle too much for too long) and this salon is just right, you can actually converse with your stylist with ease and not feel like everyone is listening to you! Don’t stay on the fence, book your appointment today!
