Hope is a in depth knowledge in Gyrotonics practice!!! I feel fortunate under her individual guidance. She has a big investment in the equipment required for Gyrotonics. I have osteoporosis and neck problems. When I finish an hour session with her, I feel like a new person. My health is worth the cost! I can save time with PT, Chiropractic, etc having her teach me how to get more space in my body!
I took my first Pilates class 10 years after I played in my last professional baseball game. If I could've gone back in time at that moment, I would've teleported back to high school and introduced my teenage self to a Pilates reformer. I realized very quickly, had I incorporated Pilates earlier in life, it would have kept me healthier and I'm certain, extended the longevity and success of my playing days. When I finally worked up the nerve to sign up for my first Pilates class at Core Integrity Pilates, Amanda welcomed me, assured me, taught me, and pushed me. Pilates wasn't just a workout - it was an investment in how my body performed and felt every single day. What surprised me most was how Pilates didn't just make me stronger - it made me feel balanced. Chronic aches and pains began easing, tightness in my hips and back started disappearing. My surgically "repaired" shoulder, which never really felt repaired, gained stability and support. I could go on and on about the benefits I've experienced from Pilates and how I've never felt better than when I've consistently taken Pilates classes. What I'm really grateful for though, is that Amanda and Core Integrity Pilates were my introduction to the practice. Amanda is an amazing instructor - knowledgeable, funny, patient, and an expert at her craft!
I only recently started Pilates this year and have had a wonderful experience here at CIP. Amanda was so personable right off the bat and since I was new to Pilates I took a few private classes with her to learn the basics. It was a super helpful approach that helped me feel comfortable moving to the group classes. I always look forward to my group class as one of the best parts of my week and I'm so excited to continue at this studio. Both Amanda and Hope are so sweet and wonderful teachers. The location is also absolutely gorgeous with the old brick and huge windows.
Hands down, the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever worked with! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and emphasizes proper form, ensuring I get the full benefit of each exercise safely. Amanda's high energy and enthusiasm make every session a uniquely challenging, yet fun experience!
Amanda was made for this! She is encouraging and explains each step so well. She makes me feel like I can ask questions at any time. Because of this, I am very comfortable in class and, even though it is very challenging for me, I am not embarrassed and am motivated to improve. She pushes me beyond my comfort zone while offering modifications for each exercise. If you've been thinking about trying Pilates, DO IT! And this is the place to go. You will feel welcomed and motivated!
