I am a Wedding Planner and I had the pleasure of working alongside Cosmos Event Rentals for a wedding, and I was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. Leading up to the event, their communication was excellent -- always responsive, professional, and helpful. On the day of the wedding, Diana and her team arrived right on time for delivery. The setup came with a few challenges due to the venue layout, but the Cosmos team handled everything with ease. They problem-solved on the spot and ensured that everything met our standards. They were also responsible for relocating ceremony chairs to the reception space, and the transition was seamless. Diana went above and beyond by assisting in other areas as well -- a true team player. I'm very selective about the vendors I work with, and I can confidently say this company is top-tier. I would absolutely use their services again and highly recommend them to others!
I am planning a wedding for my daughter and I live out of state and Cosmos-Diana has been a God send. From the moment I started emailing her she has been so patient with all of my questions, we used Cosmos for the Bridal Shower in April, we LOVE LOVE LOVE the black chairs they are so perfect and so comfortable. The delivery guys were super nice and social which I love. If I could give them 10 stars I would :) So if you are looking for tables, chairs anything wedding or party related I suggest HIGHLY to call Cosmos Event Rentals you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to doing business with you again next month!!
I have worked with a lot of event rental companies in my career and Cosmos is the best by far! From the beginning, the team was so kind and communicative. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!!
The success of our university event today couldn't have happened without Cosmos. Period. The service, thoroughness, and quality cannot be beat. I am especially grateful for Roberto, Roberto Sr., and Ulysses for their care and efficiency today. They set up our event exactly according to our layout and aided us greatly during the multi-step university documentation process by providing us timely communication. They even came 15 minutes earlier, which helped make our event sail more smoothly. Suffice to say, they helped make the logistics of my job easier today, and for that alone, thank you. Event planning naturally stokes anxiety on the day of; Cosmos ensured that anxiety was kept to a minimum. We will absolutely be returning.
