Best insurance Company I've had yet by far, excellent Service! Javier Maciel went out of his way to help; I'll definitely recommend them to all my friends and family! Also, I used the towing service that I had free for a certain time after signing up and used it a few days before it expired. Impressively, I did not have to wait that long after first calling, (less time that was estimated even). They even sent a text once a driver was available with an eta, but he arrived in half that time. Because of this I signed up for a full year, (which if used one time will pay for itself) but did need a second tow due to additional issues with the vehicle, but surprisingly he arrived about 30 minutes after calling to request the tow, which was unheard of. I even had the same driver as last time, Colin, who was very knowledgeable, professional and gave great customer service! I'm 64 years old and have had a lot of towing in the past; these two tows were not only the best service experience by far, but they were also the least in wait time as well! I Highly recommend Cost-U-Less Insurance, as well as adding the tow service like I did!
Javier was a lifesaver!! I have literally been trying to add my car to my policy since Wednesday. It’s been six days talk to four different agents from the 1800 # , got hung up on multiple times! I wish I just would’ve went directly to cost you less and talk to a local agent ! Thank you so much, Javier. You literally added my car on within 10 minutes and gave me exactly what I wanted and the price I was looking for. I will for sure be coming back to this location for any needs that I have regarding my policy ! You were the best !!!
Javier was such a huge help! I needed insurance and quick! He was amazingly supportive and resourceful in finding me a cheap but full coverage auto insurance. 100/10 would recommend, especially if you’re in a pinch!
My hero of the day goes to Jestyn Lytle. Earlier today, I needed help with my insurance card so I can purchase a vehicle and to secure a loan. Jestyn was Quick to send me my insurance information so I can share it to the lender. After I purchase the vehicle hours later, for some reason, he was still there at the office Burning the midnight candle and was able to add my new vehicle to my policy. Not all heroes wear capes some heroes have no life. Thanks Jestyn.
