I was craving the polenta and guava cake and got one. The cake was undercooked in the middle and mushy, didn't eat in case of food safety. Not only the cake was not cooked in the middle the size has gotten considerably smaller while the price has increased. Really disappointed. I've been a repeat customer for years but this is unacceptable quality.
Amazing place. Very warm staff. I ordered the party size Christmas cake here. Looked best, tastes heavenly. And the mini cakes (specially passion fruit). Just too good :) love the bakers. They are so passionate 😍
We were looking for a birthday cake that wasn’t the usual flavours. ChatGPT brought me to Cozy Cake. Son was very keen to try the churro cake. We had it delivered, which was a very smooth process. The cake itself was absolutely DELICIOUS! The vanilla sponge was quite… donut-y, with a slightly crystallised crust. Amazing and unique! The caramel was very sweet, but easy to remove for those who wanted to reduce sweetness. We served with a blob of whipped cream. All guests were delighted and we would highly recommend to others!

Visited Adelaide City today with a craving for apple cake, only to find it was already sold out at Cozy Cake. But what a blessing in disguise! The kind staff suggested I try the orange cake instead—and wow, what a treat it was! Beautifully moist, fluffy, and bursting with real citrus flavour—each bite felt like sunshine wrapped in a sponge. The box itself was adorable too, making the whole experience feel like a gift (to myself!). A heartfelt thank you to the team for the recommendation and warm service. This little bakery truly lives up to its name—cozy, comforting, and unforgettable. Will definitely be back to try the apple cake... if it’s not sold out again.
