I’ve been working with Kara for over 2 years now as an eating disorder client. Her warmth, compassion, and deep understanding of eating disorder-informed nutrition knowledge have made a tremendous difference in my recovery. I’m so glad I found Danielle. I was really overwhelmed by beginning some sort of health transition and she’s made the whole thing fun and painless. I now live a life where I have more energy, I sleep well, and I crave more nutritious foods. Working with Danielle has been awesome! She’s super encouraging and always seems to have a fresh angle when I hit a wall. One of my favorite things we’ve talked about recently is how I’m “troubleshooting" things - trying out new approaches and learning what works instead of expecting it to be perfect right away. (That clicked with my business brain!) Danielle has also helped me stop thinking in terms of restriction—like, yes, eat the cake and enjoy the people you’re with. And then go back to making healthier choices that help me feel good. Our weekly calls honestly feel like chatting with a work-best friend—we reflect, strategize, and celebrate all the little wins, and I always come away feeling motivated and understood. She's the best!
