I had a great experience with CSN 427 Auto Collision Center. They repaired my car to an almost perfect, factory-like condition, it truly feels as though it was assembled as manufactured. The quality of the repair and the finishing touches were excellent. I’d especially like to thank Bella Sinclair, my CSR, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. She made sure I received timely updates and handled everything professionally and efficiently. Although the repair took a little longer than initially expected, the final results were well worth the wait. I’m very happy with the workmanship and overall service, and I would definitely recommend CSN 427 Auto Collision Center.

I heard back from them after a couple of weeks, as they had reached out to let me know that original parts were being ordered as the initial aftermarket bumper approved by my insurance company did not meet their quality standards. The next week I was able to pick up my vehicle and was pleased by the paint match, workmanship, and professionalism. Even though I’m a bit of a sucker for attention to detail, my vehicles condition left me happy and satisfied. The CSN team really prioritizes excellent customer service with their text message updates and are true professionals that can be trusted with your car.
