I have the unlimited membership, it cleans my car very well, and the attendants are always very helpful and nice. I think the guys name that helped me today was D, but they are all great. like that I can come as many times as i like with no issues.
david flores is so awesome!! he helped me at the pay station and then ran to the tunnel to get me in, he is so awesome so friendly such a great worker!! i appreciate the kindness he’s shown i love this location its close to home and i hope to see him again keep up the good work!!
I will definitely be returning to this car wash even if it is not the best in town. Got a decent wash, but then realized that it didn't clean the back of my vehicle at all, the associate, David, (who was very prompt at getting me through the gate initially) was nearby so I showed him and he immediately said hold on let me go talk to my supervisor Abraham the supervisor Abraham came out very quickly and with out having to even ask offered to run it through the wash again for me free of charge. Not only did he do what a good customer service manager is supposed to do he then went above and beyond...so he is now the person guiding me into the wash (honestly I don't remember or wasn't paying attention to who did this the first time) and knowing the faults of his machine, grabs a spray hose to hose down where it didn't get very good before, but also made sure that it got done this time. Both associates followed up afterwards to make sure I was satisfied. Good customer service wins customers over other aspects almost everytime. Thanks guys.
I love this car wash! The staff is amazing and caring. TY has been such an honorable mention. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was stocked and working properly. This is the best one I have been to as of yet. I drive 15 mins just to come for this experience.
I had an excellent experience at Ultra Clean Car Wash. Not only did my car come out looking spotless and shining like new, but the customer service was truly exceptional. A big shoutout to Jared, the representative who helped me—he was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and top-notch in customer care. If you're looking for a thorough wash and great service, Ultra Clean is the place to go. Highly recommended!
