Here’s what I like most about DavidGray… They show up on the same day as I have the issue, they explain in detail what they have found and also give me several options for repair. Super professional and technically competent. They did a great job cleaning up after they left and very happy with the service..
My technician Quenton Martel was very very informative and super friendly. He explained everything along the way and made an educated recommendation of what we needed to do for our HVAC unit. I was very impressed and I even purchased the membership.

They extensively explained the available options, made recommendations, discussed the process involved with each option, the associated costs, and answered all the questions that I had. When unexpected issues arose and additional approval was needed to complete the project, it was handled efficiently and in a cost-effective manner. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
David Gray is the best. They came out twice (for different issues) diagnosed the problems and made the necessary repairs on a budget we could agree on. The workmen were all very respectful and explained everything to me before proceeding with the work. The only thing negative I have to say is that their office is sometimes difficult to reach. But your patience is worth it for good service in the field.
I had a broken pipe near my water main that was apparently damaged by JEA while they were upgrading my meter and did not take responsibility. I was without water for over a day and I called David Gray for assistance. Dominic came out first thing the next morning and had the repair done within 4 hours. He also advise me how to proceed with JEA whom I have filed a claim and complaint with. Thank you Dominic from David Gray!
