First time to this location and staff was very welcoming and explained everything when asked questions and how things worked. Chantel is great when needing and explanation of benefits. Dr.Simon was nice and welcoming, patient when it came to any type of dental procedure needed. Evelyn was a great assistant and was nice.
I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Yau and Taryn! They were both incredibly kind, warm, and friendly from the moment I walked in. They truly paid attention to how I was feeling throughout the visit, which made me feel calm and cared for — something I deeply appreciate when it comes to dental care. Their professionalism and skill were outstanding, and it was clear they genuinely care about their patients’ comfort and well-being. I needed to reschedule my appointment and Chantal was happy to do that for me. I was worried that I would upset the staff when I needed to reschedule but Chantal was so pleasant about the whole thing, I really appreciated her understanding, shes fantastic! She got me in quickly to see Dr Yau who also did a great job. She went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my filling before I left.
I had such a great experience at my appointment! Dianne was professional, gentle, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. She did a fantastic job and took the time to explain everything clearly. The room was spotless, which made me feel even more at ease. I really appreciate the care and attention to detail—I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend!
Honestly the best dentist I’ve been to a real hidden gem! I’ve tried different places around the area, but this one is perfect. The whole team was so helpful and sweet. Even though I had to wait a while for the appointment, it was worth it and they even managed to squeeze me in for a same-day cleaning when someone cancelled. Perfect timing! I really appreciated how kind the receptionist was when checking me in, and my dentist did an amazing job. She even showed me the right way to floss, which I had been doing wrong before. I left feeling taken care of and super happy with my visit. Highly recommend!
