My experience with Diamond Jim’s has been consistently positive. I felt comfortable trusting them to repair and alter cherished inherited pieces. They are friendly, trustworthy and very easy to work with. They offer a convenient payment plan, when needed. Highly recommend.
The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My friend and I came in with different purposes. One to repair a necklace and the other to sell some items. The staff was excellent! And the repair was so fast and done with great craftsmanship. They have beautiful pieces of jewelry with so many to choose from! I highly recommend Diamonds by Jim for all your jewelry needs! It's the Christmas season, my 97 year old mother and I stopped at Diamond Jim's fine jewelry for repairs. The inventory is amazing and the exquisite vintage jewelry was of the highest quality. At their busiest time, the entire staff went overboard to know our names and 'welcome us'. Being happy and friendly in a 'no pressure ' atmosphere. The most professional, knowledgeable, and educational! As we left, they gave us a thoughtful good-bye gift, speechless....... we passed our experience and gift on to our friends. Highly recommend. Service and honesty is unmatched. I have gone to Diamond Jim's over the last 10 years for anything from fixing watches to purchasing jewelry to up sizing rings. I have gotten the same level of service whether I bring in a $10 watch or purchase a platinum and diamond ring. I have only had honest prompt service every single time. It used to be close to my work, but my office moved. I drive out of my way to go to this store time and time again because of their service.
