This is a review that I have been meaning to add for a long time now. I have had nothing but great experiences at Diamonds Direct on Polaris and that also goes for Ryan Choops whom I have worked with multiple times over the past few years on jewelry purchases for my wife. Ryan has always been a good mix of professional, courteous, personable and also knowledgeable about the pieces in the store. At the same made he me feel comfortable while discussing what I am looking for - without any pressure to purchase. After the first time I worked with Ryan I have requested him or sought him out every time I head to the Polaris location. My wife has loved every piece Ryan has helped me pick out. I highly recommend Ryan Choops and Diamonds Direct on whatever type of quality jewelry you are looking for.
I had my wedding ring, engagement ring and anniversary band soldered together and resized. Unfortunately a couple weeks later my wedding band broke. I took it back in and Kevin and his team repaired the issue quickly and kindly. I will always bring my jewelry repairs here as well as my future business. My ring is exquisite and I could not be more pleased with the final product. Thank you!!!
My boyfriend and I came in two months ago to look at engagement rings, Marci Gold helped us and she was amazing! Super patient, very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend this store and her to anyone looking for an engagement ring.
I can’t say enough about my wonderful experience at Diamonds Direct. Since day 1 over two years ago when my husband took me there to choose my engagement ring, they have been great. However, last night Lorenzo and Marci went above and beyond to make sure I walked out as happy as a person can be from their store. Marci is so friendly and kind and she read in between the lines of what I needed done with my rings, and then Lorenzo, OMG! He didn’t hesitate in making my heart’s wishes happen. They are absolutely THE BEST!
Enrique Cervantes helped make my fiancée and I a very happy couple ❤️ He works really hard to make sure we find exactly the ring and jewelry we need for our engagement and future wedding! I highly recommend getting your engagement ring here!
