My husband and I worked with Colin to create a custom engagement ring as a 10-year anniversary upgrade. We went back and forth a couple times with changes and the ring was done much sooner than the 6 week timeline we are given, even with the holidays. The ring is so beautiful and exactly what I wanted! When we came in to pick up the engagement ring and look for bands, Colin was with another customer so we worked with Justin to find the perfect band. I'm super happy with both rings, the prices, and with all interactions we've had with staff, especially Colin and Justin.
Wow where do we begin? We were so lucky to work with Tang she helped us design our dream wedding bands to complement each other. She kept us updated weekly and let us know when to try on. We had tried on back in August/September we went with the eternity solid gold band. Counting down the days till we get to wear them! My fiance recently tried his on and could not get it on, I contacted Tang and she immediately contacted the designer and got the correct size for him. She also worked with our budget and timeline and she just has such an upbeat personality. Tang thank you for making this experience so memorable! If you have the chance do yourself a favor and request Tang you won't be unhappy.
