I was there to replace my tires this morning and their service was amazing! My appointment was in February but they called to tell me I could come in earlier if I wanted to, which was awesome. They changed the tires, answered all my questions and didn’t try to sell me any add-ons. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for new tires. Their warranty is also great!
They were exceptional. 10/10 would recommend. I got new wheels and tires for my Cybertruck. I wanted to downgrade from my stock 20s down to 18s from Unplugged Performance. I ordered BFG K03s from them. I did a ton of research and knew exactly what tire would fit and told them that they had to remove this brake harmonic nub from the fronts. They handled everything with extreme care. I was watching them like a hawk. They properly used the road force balancing machine and I saw them use a torque wrench for the final tightening. There was one issue with the one wheel (NOT discount tire’s fault at all. I have to contact Unplugged Performance) but they put in a basic valve stem for now until I get the replacement wheel so the TPMS will safely fit. They said that they didn’t want to force anything and I appreciated that. The other 3 wheels they said were completely fine. I felt like a VIP. They were awesome. They treated me better than Tesla treats me sometimes.
Amazing experience. Discount Tire was packed with people before the winter storm came in. I thought it would take forever for my car to get new tires on it. Not the case. Zach and his crew got me in and out dramatically faster than I expected with a perfect result. I won’t go to another tire shop again! Discount tire was great! Zach seems like he has everyone firing on all cylinders! Great job.
Great experience all around. They mounted my new tires on aftermarket wheels perfectly, balanced everything well, and the alignment came out great. The staff walked me through the details and answered all my questions. Very happy with the service.
Amazing Crew, and also great environment! It really seems like these guys love their job and are true professionals as well. If you ask them questions they are more than happy to answer, and this leaves you with a good feeling. Before arriving, My tires accidentally got shipped to another facility, and they were quick to notify me ahead of time to reschedule me for today and also apologized for the inconvenience which really meant a lot. During the tire change you can see them working on your tires, and they really don't miss anything, truly tire change professionals as they do this all day everyday! When getting my tires adjusted after install they were very communicative throughout the process, giving me before and after measurements and explaining to me what they meant. No high pressure sales, and they were also very clear about things they were offering that were optional (alignment, pressure sensors).
