Went for my kids piano recital here. Staff politely directed me to recital hall because we went through the music store. We didn't know there was another door on the side of the building that leads to the music hall.
For a couple decades we have relied on Dunkley to help us provide opportunities for the entire family to learn and perform music. Dunkley has been our go-to for band instrument rentals, music lessons, sheet music and music books and supplies, piano storage and piano tuning. For years Dunkley has sent consistently excellent, efficient technicians to tune our piano -once an antique upright we bought at an estate sale, and now the baby grand we inherited and gratefully use and enjoy in our home. I cannot recommend highly enough the tradition of quality care and knowledge Dunkley provides in the way of musical instruments, instruction, repertoire and service.
We really appreciate Dunkley music! They come every year to tune our piano. The gentleman that Calm is so polite and professional. He does his tuning very well. He even plays what sounds to be like a beautiful concert to make sure all the keys are in tune. We highly recommend them!
Dunkley Music is 'The' music center in the Treasure Valley! Their customer service is of the utmost quality—friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Their tuning services are also fantastic. From scheduling and communication to the actual tuning, the entire process was smooth and of the highest quality. Our technician took the time to listen to our needs, carefully adjusting keys and sounds, and was very diligent throughout the service. At the end, he played a beautiful piece to test the piano, and it now sounds wonderful. Thank you so much to the Dunkley Music staff for your kindness and excellent service! I highly recommend them!!
Our story goes back with Dunkley Music to 1985 when we bought our first used piano. The time had come for us to upgrade and we worked closely with Rich and Richard at Dunkley who provided excellent service, very fair pricing and made the whole transaction to upgrade to a new Baby Grand effortlessly.I know the Treasure Valley has several options, but Dunkley was our only choice due to their inventory, staff expertise, and the connections needed on such a major and personal purchase. Thanks to Paul who is by far the best tuner and music counselor who has been with Dunkley for 50 years. He tuned our piano in 1985 and he’ll be tuning our new purchase going forward. Thanks once again to the Dunkley staff and everyone who made this whole transaction very smooth.
