I live so near and drive by every day on my commute to work... I should have popped in much sooner. Eddie and his team were very easy to talk to about the upgrades to my older gaming PC I had in mind. It was great to be able to throw out the target specs I was looking for and my budget, and have him achieve exactly that in such a short turnaround time! Can't wait to bring newer PC in soon!
5.0/5 Stars – Great Experience I called Eddie's Gaming Computers & Repair to ask about a custom gaming PC, and Eddie answered the phone himself. He was really polite and took the time to listen to what I needed. He knew his stuff and gave me good advice without pushing me to buy anything. When I went to their store on 108th Street in Greenfield, The technician Mole helped me out. I had a ton of questions about different parts and upgrades, and he answered every single one with a lot of patience. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense without making me feel dumb about not knowing much. You could tell he really knows computers. Between Eddie's helpful phone call and Mole's patience and expertise in the store, I'm definitely buying my next PC from them. Mole was friendly and had a good sense of humor too, which made the whole thing more enjoyable. I've already told my friends about them. Highly recommend.
Be cautious spending your money here, especially if you know nothing about computers. Eddie is a really nice guy and so are his technicians… but the satisfaction guarantee on your product is literal. Purchased 2 computers here, after having persistent issues, around 1K in parts and multiple returns with the same problem, I asked for a refund on the repairs and was denied! I sold him the computer back for a low ball number because I’m fed up. Be cautious about what you’re buying!
Eddie is a master of his craft! I came into his shop to talk about computers and parts as I was in the midst of buying parts to build a new computer to upgrade from my prebuilt. Eddie treated me with the utmost respect and was very upfront about parts that might not be a good choice for one reason or another. I brought up I was scared to build such an expensive machine and he offered to build it for me and install windows 11 pro, for a fee of course. A few days later I came in with all the parts and left them at his store with one of the employees. I was a little concerned about leaving the parts there when he wasn’t in shop so I texted him and he was very upfront that the parts are now his responsibility and that they were under video surveillance which was really reassuring. Had the computer built and ready to be picked up the next day. I have had nothing but the best experience with Eddie. He sent me photos throughout the build process and even called before hand to ask how I wanted things oriented. I am beyond satisfied with my new computer I have had no issues. Thank you Eddie!
I only trust Eddie with the best in computer repair and handmade builds!! He made me a custom gaming PC and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only does it play like a beast but the wire control and overall aesthetics are superb. It was an absolute AAA experience as Eddie brings back the old school customer service. Friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable on everything you need to know when making your PC. Even if you have to drive a distance to get here, like I did, it's worth every mile and penny. Thanks so much to Eddie and his wife for all of their hard work and just overall being awesome. :) cheers!
