⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought in my MacBook for a screen repair, and the experience was great from start to finish. They gave me an estimate right away, which I appreciated. The only delay was in locating the right part, which depended on where it was shipping from — but they kept me informed the whole time. Once the part arrived, the repair was done the same day! The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this shop for any electronic repairs.
I have had the best experience with the worker named Simon, I was told I was getting a lesser iMac for 999 and came in today to buy it, but to come to find out, it was already sold, Simon matched me with a better iMac and matched the price of the original! Great customer service and this is a great business!
Stopped by to look at a MacBook Pro they had listed on FB marketplace. They brought it out and gave me plenty of space and time to look it over and make sure I was happy with it. No rushing or pushy tactics which I appreciated. Even walked through the Apple support website with me to confirm they included the correct charger and cable. I did end up buying the laptop and would definitely buy from them again
We bought 2 iPhone 12 max from them today & the experience was great! Quick easy service & they gave us a great price for phones, screen protectors & otterboxes. Definitely recommend them if you’re shopping for new electronics!
