The short of it: outstanding. (& I'm a real massage snob) Came to San Diego for a work trip and looked up massage places. I saw this was nearby and had good reviews. So I booked the earliest appointment that worked. I saw a lot of other reviews pointed out that it's inside the Westin, which is true. But they texted me very clear instructions on how to find them so I had no issues there at all. The establishment was impeccably clean. The staff was extraordinarily professional and well trained. Because of a scheduling hiccup, I ended up having two different massage therapist, but both of them were amazing. Truly. I have a regular massage therapist I see at home in New Orleans, so I try not to vary too much. But I end up traveling a lot for work. They did not disappoint. The knots in my shoulders and neck are much improved. If and when I come back to San Diego, I would go out of my way to book with them again
My wife and I came to San Diego for a short vacation and we ended our trip with a couples massage at Emerald massage and it was fabulous. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed the massage and will recommend it to all of our friends who travel to San Diego. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience
Awesome couples massage! Annie and Peter were our therapists. We had an excellent experience here. We booked last second for a 90 minute massage. Both therapists were attentive and professional. We left feeling way better than when we walked in. Would return in a heartbeat!

Bing the massage therapist/acupuncturist is highly professional and alleviated my overall health. The establishment has state-of-the-art equipment such as heating lamps, high-quality acupuncture materials, and comfortable massage tables.
