Mark is very professional with a very welcoming and easy going personality. His explanations are patient and thorough and made my first and many visits there extremely positive.
I saw the owner “Mark Akin” connected to this business (username @arizona_akin) publicly posting racist comments online, including calling a Black person insanely derogatory things. That kind of hateful language reflects poorly on any brand it’s linked to. I personally wouldn’t feel safe supporting a business associated with someone who talks like that, especially another black customer.
I was in Memphis for work and went for a day-pass since my credit card is foreign we couldn’t get it to work, but Mark the owner let me in for free!! Almost no one does that. Great place to workout and even better service. I’m definitely coming back to pay and workout next time I’m on town.
This is the best gym in Memphis by far. Excellent facilities and a great community. The owner Mark and the rest of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would absolutely recommend joining this gym to anyone.
Good, spacious gym with all the essentials. 2 floors of equipment for all your exercise needs. The highlight, however, is Mark, the owner. His energy created such a welcoming, positive, and energetic environment. Highly recommend getting your pump in here!
