I reached out to Igor recently because my rates with another insurance company went up significantly recently. He got back to me immediately. He got on the phone with me and gave me some quick quotes, but also educated me about the current state of homeowners insurance in California -- which is a mess. He was super up-to-date on the latest legislative and policy developments. He ended up recommending I stay where I was, and re-evaluate later once the homeowners insurance mess settles down. I really appreciated his time and the fact that he wasn't trying to sell me something that would have cost more or similar to what I have now. He is very client focused and has always tailored the insurance to our needs! 15 years ago when we purchased our home he advised me to get a certain type of insurance coverage I never considered getting. I am very grateful that he advised me to get it because the insurance came to be very valuable to us when we had issues with the property.
