I went in for a cam boot like the one in photo because my ankle was broken it hurt like hell just for her to deny me the prescription. And wanted to send me to emergency which I explained I already went 4 times and had a 5 day stay taking all the test she wanted to send me back for, so I left with out saying good bye the hospital had sent a request to my provider for a cam boot which she is only there on Tuesday but I needed to stabilize my ankle so I do everyday things like laundry, go to the bathroom & to the market I hadn't eaten in 2 days as of now I don't have. I ordered and paid out of pocket. Something that is covered under insurance. I wish the would sometimes listen to the patient I was in distress and denied. I'm sorry about the one ⭐ rating but Im in pain.
The service was quick, and Ana—the nurse and X-ray tech was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. I had broken my wrist and couldn’t tie my shoes or move my jacket, but she assisted me with so much patience and care. She also took the X-rays efficiently, making the process as smooth as possible. I saw Dr. Joseph as well, and he took the time to explain my injury and next steps clearly and calmly. Even though the accident itself was unfortunate, my experience at Exer Urgent Care off San Pedro in LA was very very good. I highly recommend this clinic.
I never thought I would put a review for an urgent care but they were nice and fast. I took my son to the doctor and didn't make it on time. I found this place on goggle. The doctor and staff were nice. So was the receptionist. Thank you!
Came in on a Monday evening as a walk in, they were nice. I had to wait but i didn’t complain since I came in around 5pm. The nurses and doctors were nice and friendly. They were pretty short staffed but they still did their best to attend to us. I would recommend to reserve a spot online to avoid waiting but other than that they helped me and I’m doing much better. Thank you Exer!
I had a little infection and needed to see someone for treatment right away. Exer was close by in downtown LA / Little Tokyo, and it was easy to walk in. I arrived at 8:30am and was the first in line! Check in was a breeze, tiny half sheet of paperwork, and the rest was done online. The online portal was actually extremely easy to use, fast, smooth, surprisingly convenient. I would recommend having photos of the front and back of your ID and insurance card ready to go. Basically no wait time, and then got led in and all the intake stuff done by Anh P, who was so incredibly friendly and nice, made it feel welcoming and respectful. So nice. And then expert, efficient treatment by Shana H, who gave me exactly what I needed. In and out so fast, easy insurance process, great staff. Best urgent care clinic I've ever been to!
