Aspire Car Insurance and Family Insurance Sales LLC have been a complete disappointment. Neither one is ever able to provide a clear breakdown of how much I am paying for each vehicle on my premium. What they are good at is taking payments quickly and without issue. When I asked for a quote for damages due to vandalism while my car was parked, both companies kept pointing fingers at each other. Aspire told me only my broker, Family Insurance, could tell me how much my premium would increase. When I contacted Family Insurance, they said they didn’t know why Aspire referred me to them, since they don’t have that information either, and that I would just “find out” when my policy renews. On top of that, there is never a manager or supervisor available to handle customer service calls. The representative I spoke to, Anaiz, was extremely rude, unhelpful, and seemed to know absolutely nothing despite working for Family Insurance. Overall, both Aspire and Family Insurance lack transparency, accountability, and basic customer service. I would not recommend either company to anyone.
Need more people working in offices i call never answer the calls n like at 4pm I call back it says there office hours r from 10am to 6pm n I call at 4pm nbot says there close already
I originally signed up through this office when I first got my car, and things were fine, until I received my renewal notice. My premium increased significantly even though my coverage hadn’t changed. I called the manager to address the issue, and instead of clearly explaining it, she vaguely blamed “coverage changes” and more accidents in the area. When I pressed for more clarity, she told me I needed to come into the office for a proper explanation, something that could’ve easily been handled over the phone. She also mentioned that my new payment schedule might be a system error, showing four higher payments instead of five, but didn’t follow up or offer any solutions. That customer service experience alone made me decide to cancel. When I went to the office, the person assisting me had me sign a cancellation form but couldn’t confirm whether I’d receive a refund for the unused portion of the month, even though I had already paid through the end of it. I was told to call the insurance company myself, which felt like poor service all around. I ended up finding better coverage at a lower rate through another provider. This office really needs to improve its communication, follow-through, and how it handles both customer questions and cancellations.

Ils ont pris mes informations et m'ont appelé à un moment qui me convenait (ce que j'ai apprécié), puis lorsque je suis venu sur place, l'agent qui m'a aidé, Chris, était vraiment sympathique et son responsable, Rudy, l'était aussi. Ils ont vraiment pris le temps de m'aider à comprendre tout ce qui concerne la couverture que je recevais. Puis, lorsque j'ai eu une préoccupation au sujet de la date d'échéance de mon paiement, j'ai appelé et Edgar a été vraiment aussi sympathique et patient. Je le recommanderais !
