I had one watch that needed a battery and a 2nd watch that needed a band repair. I went to the Carlingwood Shopping Center location Saturday morning and was met with a very friendly greeting and offered to do it while I waited. I opted to go shopping and came back about 30 minutes later. A small lineup - about 5 minutes - then my turn. Both watches were ready to go, the price was very fair and the service friendly. I was thanked for my business with a smile. Very impressed - glad I found this place! I will be back and will highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you!
Came in for a broken clasp. Fixed it within genuinely 30 seconds. Awesome awesome service. Would highly recommend!!! First time at this location and definitely not the last.
They are asking more than double the prices on their watches compared to the exact same Timex watch on Amazon. If you're not in a rush order it on amazon ! $60 vs $125. I showed the teller and she said "yea it's much cheaper on Amazon" yet she still wouldn't negotiate the price.
I had a fantastic experience at the store. Siddy, the assistant manager, was extremely professional and courteous. She quickly replaced my watch battery and made sure everything was working perfectly before handing it back. The service was fast, professional and efficient. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing battery replacements!
