Mike was very punctual and greeted me warmly. I booked Faye Removals to help me move my salon from a shop to my home. After a lot of research they gave me the best price, after answering a few simple questions I quicky booked them in. I had a reminder text beforehand which reassured me that I wouldn't be let down. On arrival Mike was prompt and nothing was too much effort, using blankets and straps to ensure my furniture was well looked after. Hauling my furniture up stairs was no bother with he help of my partner, professionally he made not a scratch on my paintwork. One of the best moving experiences I’ve ever had. Mike was super friendly and attentive from the start. He helped me wrap the furniture, protected everything really well (even the TV with proper covers), and handled all my things with a lot of care. Even when the move took longer than expected, he stayed until everything was finished, patient and professional the whole time. He even offered me a bottle of water, which was such a nice gesture on a busy day. He drives carefully, you feel safe the whole time, and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. Everything arrived in perfect condition, not a single scratch. Excellent service. I totally recommend him.
I am for ever grateful to Faye Removals This is the best company in Bristol! The team arrived on time and they were super efficient! They literally won’t breathe until everything is perfectly fit in the van! Mike was very understanding of our needs and he followed carefully all our instructions. Last time we moved it took us 8.5 hours to move all our stuff and with Mike and his colleague it took less than half! In 4 hours our move was done. He also made sure all the boxes were placed in our desired rooms. Thank you so much Faye Removals to help us move with no stress! We will recommend you to all our friends and family! Thank you so much for doing our house move yesterday. It was a hard job as it was done in the afternoon but still Mike and Miguel were happy to carry on and really appreciate that you put together the bunk bed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a removals company in Bristol.
