This is my go-to FedEx store in the city! (Who has a printer anymore? 😂) The staff here have always been warm and friendly, and their online printing portal is a lifesaver. Shoutout to Brian for going above and beyond and grabbing me a trash bag to protect my poster from the rain! He didn’t have to do that, and it was incredibly kind!
I cannot say enough good things about DaLyn at the Market Street FedEx/Kinko’s. I came in with an extra-large, highly complex print job that I honestly didn’t think could be pulled off—certainly not within my budget. DaLyn took it on without hesitation and proceeded to completely problem-solve on my behalf. She spent the time, care, and expertise it required to figure out how to make it possible, and the results were exactly what I needed. I genuinely don’t think anyone else there would have been able to make this job happen. What really sealed it for me is that later, while telling my godmother (who is also an artist) about how incredible DaLyn was, she immediately lit up and said, “Oh—I know exactly who you’re talking about.” She then told me her own story: she had once picked up art prints from this same location that came out far too dark, with the color contrast completely off. When she asked if anything could be done, DaLyn stepped in, took over the project, and very quickly delivered perfect prints—exactly as my godmother had envisioned them. So, long story short: DaLyn is the absolute hero of the Market Street FedEx/Kinko’s. Her technical skill, patience, creativity, and genuine care for artists and their work are rare. I am deeply grateful, and I truly can’t imagine another place in the city where I could get this level of service, quality, and problem-solving—especially within my budget. FedEx/Kinko’s is incredibly lucky to have her.
This is a review for Brian, who was SO helpful shipping a couple boxes cross country. He helped me search around for different rates, box options etc and his extra work saved me so much money. AND he helped with the kindest attitude while I was trying to figure things out. Thank you so much for making the process so smooth and simple!
Had an amazing experience here. Dalyn was my customer service rep and she was excellent. Walked in to print some copies and needed help with reformatting and she was able to quickly and happy to help. She even showed me the different options. Because of her I will be returning to this location!
We had some birthday party stationary to print out and this location was close to our hotel. It's a small but functional facility that offers the basics like free WiFi, computer work stations and copiers, along with stationary retail. SERVICE: My spouse worked with them over the phone and via email for some pictures we wanted printed out on plain paper. Communication was fast and efficient. We headed in to the store to see the drafted products which turned out to be sufficient. In-person service was averagely good and quick. PRICES: Copy pricing was standardly pricey, but if you need it done, you gotta pay! Simple things like cutting were charged per sheet, but they have a self-serve cutting board available. OVERALL: Convenient, one-stop-shop.
