We just started bringing our rescue here for daycare. From making the appt for the meet n greet, to walking in the door, to her first couple days at daycare, we felt at HOME. We literally felt loved and cared for immediately. For her meet n greet, there was a welcome sign with our pet's name on it! After a lackluster m&g elsewhere, where a TV in the waiting area showed staff just playing on cell phone with dogs all around, this was above and beyond our expectations. The place is immaculate. The staff, every single one of them, is pleasant, cheerful, and seems to love their jobs. The lobby at the main building is so inviting with toys and treats for purchase, etc. On her first day, we received a phone call update, and at pickup, were provided a welcome folder and a picture of her day! The app to schedule bookings is helpful and convenient. We LOVE it here!!!
During one of the most difficult seasons of our lives, Fetch and Catch was nothing short of a blessing. My 5-month-old Labrador puppy Pepper and my 9-year-old Lab Hazel stayed there for three weeks while my mom became very ill and passed away, immediately followed by me being hospitalized with double pneumonia. From the very first day, the team at Fetch and Catch showed incredible compassion, patience, and love for my girls. Knowing they were safe, well cared for, and genuinely loved gave me peace of mind during a time when I truly needed it most. They went above and beyond — understanding the different needs of a young puppy and an older dog, keeping them happy, comfortable, and cared for as if they were their own. Three weeks is a long time, but my girls came home calm, healthy, and clearly well loved. I will forever be grateful to Fetch and Catch for their kindness, professionalism, and heart. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are truly amazing
Brought our 3 month old mini doodle here for the first time for day care, the owner was kind enough to give us the first day free of charge just to see if he liked it/ did well with it. They called us with updates throughout the day and have been so so pleasant. I can tell they all truly care about the dogs here. They even sent him home with a report card and a cute pic!!! 10/10 recommend!!!!
TL;DR Fetch N’ Catch is amazing! We’ve been clients for 3 years and have used almost every service they offer—daycare, boarding, day camp, private lessons, training classes, and grooming—for our three dogs with zero complaints. We ended up at Fetch N’ Catch after our first dog became absolutely terrified of going into another well-known daycare in the area. She had been attending since she was a puppy, so the abrupt change was alarming (and the staff could provide no insight as to why she may be experiencing intense fear). From our first meet and greet to today, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. They are all so friendly, know each of our dogs well and by name, and are super communicative. One of our dogs started having a difficult time in larger group settings and Sam made sure to immediately reach out to chat through next steps. He’s now in day camp and thriving! Having the ability to customize each of our dogs’ days based on what makes them most comfortable is something I’m incredibly grateful for. I could probably write another three paragraphs about why we love Fetch N’ Catch, but ultimately, whether it’s just for the day or a week while we’re away, we know our dogs are well taken care of, safe, and having the best time.
Our puppy loves going to puppy daycare. She comes out happy all the time. I was nervous to leave her as she is three months old, but seeing how excited she is to go back and know she is well taken care of was a huge relief. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Her first day there we got this cute little packet with a report card and a picture of her, which was absolutely adorable, I definitely recommend. We will definitely recommend
