I am WAY late on posting this review - but my fiancé and I had an incredible experience working with Iryna. We visited Fey & Co. last spring, and she worked with my fiancé's budget and really helped bring my dream ring to life! We visited several other jewelry shops beforehand, and with each one, it felt like their main concern was selling us something rather than making sure we were happy with the final product. Not Iryna! She offered insightful tips, and made us feel confident in choosing her to help us design such an important piece of jewelry. She really knows her stuff! We will definitely be returning to Fey & Co. for our wedding bands.
Like so many others are saying here, my (now) fiance and I had a fantastic experience working with Marissa. She listened to our ideas, drew a sketch that matched what we wanted, then sent me a CAD rendering, and eventually delivered me a stunning, completely original ring that actually exceeded our expectations. It actually looks more expensive than it was, and she constantly gets comments on it from complete strangers. So yes, I couldn't be happier with this place, especially Marissa. We'll be returning soon to figure out wedding bands!
We had a really great experience working with Marissa. Without any idea of what I wanted in an engagement ring she used her clear expertise to hone into what I might want until I was beaming at having found my perfect ring. She never upsold or pressured us but genuinely cared and communicated well throughout the process. Will be going back for our wedding bands next. Thanks Marissa!
Marissa guided us through the process of getting a custom engagement ring with ease! Helped my fiance figure out what she liked in a ring and was prompt and communicative with next steps. Price felt fair and had a quick turnaround. Would recommend.
My fiancé and I worked with Marissa and she was amazing throughout the whole experience. Marissa helped my fiancé customize her ring and also helped me create my own by using reference photos online and walking us through it with CAD photos. Will happily come back to Fey&Co and Marissa for future jewelry.
