I’m really grateful for my experience with Fit2Go. I started because of knee pain that had been slowly getting worse over the past few years. Working with Lukas made a huge difference. Over the past two months, I didn’t just work out, I learned how to move better, gained confidence in my body, and built real strength, including increasing my plank time to over a minute, which felt like a major accomplishment!
The best investment I ever made into my health and well being is Fit2Go training. The proprietor, Dani, matched me with an amazing trainer, Lukas Culbertson. Lukas comes to my building gym, making my commitment to regular exercise so much easier. He is remarkably knowledgeable about his craft - technique, impact on the body, and effectiveness. Hence, he tailors workouts to my capacity. I have never worked with a trainer who is so attentive to my every move - he never uses an “off the shelf” or “one size fits all” approach to my workouts. He watches for adjustments in technique and he is keenly aware of my capacity and where shifts might be advantageous. He is kind, compassionate, encouraging, and affirming. He also pushes me to my personal best, but never to a place that I am unable to recover from reasonably. Lukas makes exercise fun and highly rewarding. I can hardly believe the change in my body composition is 6 short months. Lukas seems as excited about this progress as I am underlining his total commitment to his clients progress and satisfaction. I always look forward to our next workout knowing it will be a a great experience.
Lukas helped me with chronic back pain. I was pain free in three months! I have been having back pains for a year before I met Lukas. He explained to me why I was having back pains: long day of sitting in a chair made my muscles inactive. He introduced me to myofascial release methods and designed workouts to strengthen my muscles. I gradually felt the pain going away in the first month, and in three months I was completely pain free. Even a long day of sitting would not hurt my back anymore. I’m so glad I got to work with him and introduced him to all my friends. Strong recommendation for anyone in need
I had the pleasure of working with Lukas, and I can genuinely say he’s helped me build real habits, be kinder to myself while still staying accountable, and—most importantly—learn how to complete exercises correctly for the best results. On top of that, he has great energy. He’s funny, socially aware, and knows exactly when to engage and when to give quiet support. He’s honest, extremely knowledgeable (will also tell you when he needs to research something) and truly invested in your progress. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to improve or elevate their fitness journey.
So thankful for Dani; he did an amazing job of matching me to a trainer. I can’t say enough great things about Lukas! He really took the time to explain every move — not just how to do it, but why it matters. His sessions are the perfect mix of challenging and fun, and I actually look forward to working out now. Lukas also kept me accountable in the best way — supportive and never judgmental. I’ve seen real progress thanks to his guidance and energy.
