Flip N Out is a great place to get some energy out of your kiddos (and yourself), would definitely come back for an hour or 2 of play. With that being said, my last visit was as a guest for a large party, not the first party we've been to there. My kids truly enjoyed their time but I could see the party host wasn't as helpful as we've seen at previous parties at this location. When we needed party guests to get bracelets, drink refills, utensils, etc, the party host was no where to be found. I would NOT recommend spending the money on a party at this location.
The establishment it self was amazing. The vibes were great and all around was very fun. The manager was not very accommodating and nice to my friends and I. A young child ended up punching me and his mother was cussing me out for “jumping her child” when security footage shows no hands were laid on the child, the manager ended up kicking me out and saying the child could do what ever he wants due to his young age. When I asked for a refund because I had purchased an all day pass and was only there for an hour. He didn’t give me a refund. He even ended up putting his hands on me while telling me to get out. Very unprofessional all around and deserved to be fired.
We threw a birthday party for my son Aiden on 1-11-2026. Alyssa who booked our party was amazing. I thought I requested the upstairs room and was informed by her that it was downstairs even though when I called first and spoke to someone else they gave me the wrong info. Alyssa called the manager and moved me upstairs and made it happen! Make sure you ask for her if you need to book a party. And just so happens that our party host was also named Aiden and he took great care of us. I highly recommend having your kids party at flip n out. The kids all had a blast and I’m glad we picked the right place. It was well worth it. Thank you again Alyssa and Aiden for a job well done!
Very nice location was clean and large area of play . Laser tag is a huge plus . Service from staff was excellent thanks 🙏🏽 to the supervisor for help with my cake to store in fridge , while kids played . Recommend highly for kids bday thru the package online or without .
This place is amazing! Super clean and so many different things for the kiddos to do. I have two daughters (6&5 years old) and they had a blast. Honestly fun for adults also. I highly recommend to any parent trying to keep their kids busy and out of the sun. We will back many times!
